- Twomy Court is in violation of the snow removal ordinance. Please send a citation notice. I patiently waited a week and they still haven’t done anything. We neighbors have been slipping and sliding through this muck. I just whacked my knee on their wrought iron fence. They did initially shovel but haven’t returned to clean up any snow that got on the sidewalk from people shoveling cars out. This is located on East 5th street and Farragut Road. Thank you.
