Case Noted. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. This is a "T" intersection and typically the continuing street has the right of way. This stop sign on Lake St was previously installed without authorization and was later found to be ineffective and goes against the Manual of Traffic Control Device (MUTCD). Therefore BTD has reevaluate the effectiveness of the stop sign on Lake St at this location and it was found to be ineffective which is why it was removed. Thank you for contacting 311 and BTD.
