Resolved. Residential trash hauler services materials on Silvet St on Friday. We leave empty dumpsters,barrels and toters curbside. We don't wheel back into property.

Description
City trash pickup isn’t returning trash bins back to area where they are picked up. Sometimes impeding exit for vehicles in parking lot. This was happening for years and recently stopped when we put new fence in. Fence was in same area as old so has not changed. Can they please return these to original location
