- Illegal Parking of Commercial Vehicle from company "FLY MY RIDE" and Utility Theft at Residential Property. A tenant at 50 Leo M Birmingham Pkwy, unit 408 is running an unauthorized car washing business called "FlyMyRide" from our residential condo building. This violates residential zoning laws and has created multiple problems for other residents. The tenant parks two commercial vehicles in our residential parking area and uses the building's water and electricity for car washing without permission or compensation. The washing activities create excessive dust and noise that disturb neighboring units. This has been ongoing for six months. We have asked the tenant to stop multiple times, but they have refused to comply. The illegal business operation creates liability issues for our building and disrupts the residential character of the property. Please investigate this matter.
