- I am reporting illegal commercial activity at 50 Leo M Birmingham Pkwy, unit 408, Boston. A tenant at unit 408 is operating a car washing business called "FlyMyRide" from this residential condominium building, which violates zoning regulations. Specific violations: Running a commercial car wash business from residential property Parking two commercial vehicles in the building's residential parking area Using the building's water and electricity to conduct commercial car washing activities without authorization or compensation Car washing activities create excessive dust and noise that disturb other residents Evidence available: Photos of commercial vehicles with business branding parked on property Documentation of car washing activities using building utilities Business operates under the name "FlyMyRide" This has been ongoing for six months and the tenant has ignored multiple requests to cease commercial activities. The activity violates our residential zoning, creates nuisance conditions for neighbors, creates liability issues for the building, and constitutes theft of utilities.
