- Constituent reports there was a no stop/no parking sign at 1 Cooper St, right where it intersects with Salem St, and that the sign fell and has since gone missing. Constituent states that cars are parking there becausae of the sign being missing, but the sign wa there to ensure that emergency vehicles could make the turn.
