- Is there something that can be done about lady at 9 Duncan PLACE and lady at 14 Duncan STREET placing “sticky rice”, bagels, noodles and all kinds of food on side walks in this area. Daily have to sweep this stuff up. The rats in this area, dead and alive, is increasing dramatically.
