- To answer the question the city asked when closing and dismissing this case. The curb cut and newly created parking spaces are not usable. When a car exits the space they TURN RIGHT UP A ONE WAY STREET because they cannot clear the light post and turn left as was stated in the original 311 report. Also they gates open up and block the sidewalk as was reported in an additional 311 report that was also ignored. Why does the city want to dismiss any safety concerns without any help to residents?
