Description

Black BMW with MA plate # 5TXP57 has been illegally parked here for over a 2 months (between 224 Western Ave & Dunkin at 209 N. Harvard St. in Allston.) It has no valid plate or inspection and over 20 unpaid parking tickets. Can it be towed? It also happens to be parked in a 2 hour parking zone Monday through Friday, which says a lot about the lack of enforcement in the area.
