- The ongoing construction project at this location has fenced a small area attached to the property, and uses it to stage material and tools, as well as a port-o-let. The fence is supported on concrete bases, and was initially placed correctly along the sidewalk-property line. Over time the fence and materials have been pushed out onto the sidewalk several feet and block pedestrian use.
