- 178 - 180 St Alphonsus alley spilling over with trash and rats still again. Closing the report does not solve the issue. These absentee owners don't care if we are run over by rats. The ticket means nothing to them and they are not forced to stop the behavior. The City can and should take a lien against the property.

Noted. A citation was issued at this location for the open top overloaded trash barrels and the improper storage of the trash on the ground all around the barrels, and noted that citations would continue to be issued until the trash was placed out properly.
