Description

Alarm of car parked in front of 16 Wise St intermittently going off. It happened throughout the early morning (3:15 am, 6 am) and is off and on again now. The vehicle has multiple tickets for expired registration. The noise is causing sleep and work disturbances and the only way to stop it is to move the car off the street.
