- THIRD COMPLAINT: In the backyard of 91 Florida St in Dorchester, there are a lot of debris and trash. Also, there are a lot of rats in this yard. PLEASE HELP. Tenants are complaining about the rats and can’t keep paying for exterminators. Issuing the owner tickets is not helping. Do I need to call the board of health to address this?

Noted. At the time of inspection found trash and debris all over the backyard and holes in trash barrels. Will have Code enforcement come out and ticket. Waiting to hear back from the property owner. If you have any questions please contact the inspector at hung.nguyen@boston.gov.
