- Rat bites: [No] Rats in the house: [No] Rats outside of property: [No] What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states back half of backyard is basically a playground for rodents. Have seen about 40-50 rats running around here at night. Asking if something can please be done. They are burroughing here and it is getting out of control. The rats are taking over neighboring yards as well and running all around the street. Sent case to CE as well, case #101006228971]
