- Description
- The neighboring house to ours is uninhabited, and there is a large shed in the back yard that seems to be housing a family of rats. We've seen a few dead ones and many babies. We have small children that play in our yard and are very worried about having an infestation that is not being monitored. The owner does not live in the area and rarely comes to check on the property except to cut the grass every few weeks in summer.
