- Summer time disturbance during Caribbean festival week. This happens EVERY YEAR during this time and BPD D-3 should’ve known better to provide enough officers to control traffic and maintain residents quality of life. Loud music until morning, illegal parking and activities are everywhere at this area. If this was Beacon Hill or Back Bay BPD would’ve sent officers station there every night. Too bad this is low-income neighborhood so our complaints aren’t taken seriously. This is unacceptable!
