Description: Three lights out on meridian Street in East Boston right before you go over the bridge into Chelsea. There are approximately seven Street lights between Nay street and meridian Street and the bridge. The three lights closest to the bridge are not working and have not been working for approximately three weeks I have made several request through the 311 app and nothing has been fixed
