- Constiteunt is calling on behalf of elderly neighbor who can not get in and out of her apartment. Has requested a ramp from the landlord and he told her he was denied by the city. Have reached out to Councilor Worrell and Murphy's office as well as Age Strong. No one has reached back out or offered any help. This resident and her husband can not leave their apartment without assistance because of the front steps. God forbid an emergency happens and they can not get down these front steps to safety. Asking if someone can please call to discuss this to get a ramp installed at this address.
