- Ironic how city counselors are on tv tonight saying they are addressing the rat problem in areas like china town when we have constantly filed complaints with photos that the businesses in Chinatown on edinboro street dump trash bags on the sideway almost nightly. They bring rats and litter to our neighborhood but never once have you cited the businesses or forced them to stop.
