- There is an explosion in rat and rabbit population in and around Savin Hill Park. I can even walk in the area without rats running across my feet. They appear to be traveling between Savin Hill Park and the Savin Hill Wildlif Garden. There is a lot of activity in the easement between the homes on the south side of Castlerock St and the north side of Savin Hill Ave. While walking my dog yesterday, there were roughly a dozen rats running around in the daylight between 7 and 9 Grampian Way. Is there anything the city can do?
