- Many issues ongoing since move in date. All issues reported to Landlord. Landlord refuses to comply. Mold in unit since move in date. Const had to pay for and install fire/ carbon monoxide alarm themselves. Fridge leaking for the past few weeks. Holes in walls, patches on walls, cracked walls, peeling paint since move in date. Informed central heating/ac available at move in. Was installed half a year after move in. Construction without notice. Siding of building torn apart, led in paint, Feb- Now (yesterday, 7/31/2025). Apartment advertised as a 4 bedroom, unit is a 3 bedroom. Apartment door has no lock. Described as a generic apartment door. Apartment main entrance door without lock.
