- There is so much standing water at Teddy Ebersol fields due to overuse and poor positioning of sprinklers. I have a permit for this field and have notified DCR of this safety concern and they have yet to address it. This is dangerous for player safety and dangerous because of conditions this creates for mosquito breading.
