Case Resolved. Many tree branches came down in the passing storm damaging the Pendant fixture, scroll and arm.. Pole is solid. Removed damaged fixture, scroll, and arm. Could not access the pull box due to branches on the ground. Made safe at the top of the pole. GG HT JL.
