- There is two vacant lots one is 247 Heath Jamacia plain and the vacant lot adjacent to it on lawn st Jamacia plain RAT activity early in the morning a RAT RAN OVER MY FEET AS I AM CLEANING MY OWN YARD . Something needs to be done ASAP! Grass and debris need to be picked up and cut down. RATS ARE RUNNING AROUND RAPIDLY!!!!!!!! These pics are taken 7:30AM
