- Description
- I am writing on behalf of the residents/owners at 465 Commonwealth Avenue to formally raise a concern regarding persistent obstructions and sanitation issues caused by the neighboring properties at 587 and 589 Beacon Street. These properties have been placing their trash bins in a manner that obstructs the vehicle egress for our building. The bins are regularly left in the path of our driveway, making it difficult, and at times impossible, for residents to safely move their vehicles in and out. This obstruction poses not only a daily inconvenience but also a potential safety hazard. Additionally, since the bins have been placed outside in this manner, there has been a noticeable increase in rodent activity in the area. This growing rat problem raises serious health and sanitation concerns for our community. We kindly request that immediate action be taken to address the improper placement of these bins and to implement measures that will prevent further rodent attraction. We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a prompt resolution. | Type of insect or rodent: [Rats]
