- Around 8:30 pm this evening, several of us shareholders (sitting outside in the evening) at the Charlesbank Cooperative saw several large brown rodents walking and running from shrubbery in front of our Mission Hill building on Huntington Avenue. Perry Lee, our Property Manager, had told everal of us, that by our reporting outdoor rodent sitings to the City, an inspector would show up on Friday sometime to investigate our risks of these rodents entering our building.
