Description: As a resident of flagship on eighth Street, I am requesting the city to address an issue with regards to the anchor beer garden. On Monday night, they apparently have a salsa night, which is become very popular last night. Eighth Street was impassable because of cars trying to enter the parking lot at flagship which was literally overwhelmed with cars which they had to close. The city issued a permit to anchor for Some activity, and now it is impeding on the neighborhood which cannot really accommodate the activity of anchor. Noise traffic file lane access fire hazard it is getting out of control and needs to be addressed.
