- 810 East Sixth Street in South Boston. This person has had a hose running from somewhere in their house / basement and it’s been dumping water on the sidewalk for months right now. It’s gotten to the point where the sidewalk has algae like a fish tank. No one can walk past because there’s so much water always dumping.
