Description: At approximately 11:30-11:45pm, a guest at Woods Mullen Shelter asked WMS staff on Dorm 3 if they could lower the volume of their walkie talkies and their conversations, as the volume of their voices and walkie talkies were preventing the WMS guest from going to sleep. WMS staff subjected WMS to disrespectful, unprofessional treatment and laughed at the WMS guest who brought the disruptive noise/conversations of WMS staff to their attention. WMS staff also continues hostile, intimidating, retaliatory behavior towards WMS in the wake of an ongoing homicide/human trafficking investigation of a deceased woman who was previously a guest of Woods Mullen Shelter. The decedent was allegedly in an abusive dating relationship with a former WMS/Boston Public Health Commission staff.
