- I am facing a serious rodent problem because my neighbors are neglecting their property by failing to cut their grass and maintain their hedges. The hedges have grown over 12 feet high, and the grass is knee-high. This lack of upkeep is attracting rats to my property. It is crucial that code enforcement intervenes and issues a citation, not just a warning like last time. After the warning, they briefly cut the grass, but now it has grown wildly again. Immediate action is necessary to resolve this issue.
