- The Harborwalk along Day Blvd here at the bottom of K St as well as many other places along the sidewalk are inundated with sand. Can DCR please maintain a safe right of way for runners, walkers and other users of the sidewalk? Honestly the dunes need to be built up again w grasses to prevent this erosion. | City Owned: [No]
