- π§β BOSTON WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENT ππ«§ON BEHALF OF THE UPHAMS CORNER COMMUNITY COULD PLEASE CLEAN OUT THIS TOTALLY FULL CATCH BASIN LOCATED AT MAGNA STREET AND DUDLEY STREET. π€¬π‘π€¨ THIS IS THE THIRD 311 COMPLAINT ON THIS MATTER WITHIN A MONTH'S TIME. THIS IS THE RAINY SEASON π§οΈπ©οΈβοΈ. THE WATER IS STARTING TO POOL INTO DUDLEY STREET. βοΈπ΄π¨π§THIS COULD ADD TO INCREASE PUBLIC SAFETY HAZARDOUS SLIPPING CONDITIONS, DECREASING THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND SAFETY. My next 311 complaint on this matter will feature the following names Michael J Woodall, Chair, Chris Cook Commissioner and Armindo Goncalves. As a resident, I wonder why we have two commissioners and a chair to oversee this department; we couldn't combine one of those positions.
