Hosts Jonha Magno and Humberto of "Mass Living" have had their short term rental listings removed several times as their units are not eligible. They have just become more creative in how they list these illegal short term rentals. They are now using the 'verified listing' status available under Airbnb to list their units as being in Cambridge but then adding a note in the property description "***We Are In Back-Bay, Please Ignore The Map!***" to hide the fact that these listings are located at 212 Stuart St. All listings still state Back-Bay and still advertise Boston area condos. Please check the host profile for full listings but there are also 7 listings using this Boston/Cambridge trick below.
