Description
It is not fair the way signs are made. The descriptions in the use of words are confusing. Especially, no discrimination meant to anyone race language or culture here; when English may not be your first language. But I speak and write in English and still have a hard time understanding the use of the word "except" on street signs. Make it simpler. ONLY BUSES ARE ALLOWED "U" turns and "left." No cars in this lane ONLY BUSES. It is not fair also to be handing out tickets, warnings, and such on a Sunday night. This lane was just recently changed and how many times prior to this when it was only permissible on certain days Saturday-Sunday and at certain times were care allowed to use this lane. And I never saw drivers get ticketed or pulled over during the time we could not use this lane during those prohibited times. Until now. Make it make sense please.

Case Resolved | Please observe and follow the relevant signage and ensure that your car is road-ready when parking your vehicle. We understand that parking is at a premium in Boston, but the enforcement of parking rules and regulations is a vital part of keeping parking availability at a functional level. Illegally parked cars occupy spaces that could be used by multiple other drivers or may have to be kept clear for emergency service purposes. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping Boston's streets functional and safe. If there is a specific sign you have an issue with, please submit a specific 311 regarding it so that we can more precisely address your concerns.
