- One of the two dumpsters near 647 Harrison Ave at the Ruth Barkley housing project (near sidewalk) was tipped over today by the sanitation truck and NOT put right again. Garbage is falling out and rats running rampant in and out of the dumpster!

Noted. Dumpster needs to be replaced. Contractor emptied and flipped due to hole in bottom of dumpster. We can no longer service not safe.
