Description
Street tree has roots that raised the sidewalk such that the “hump” makes walking on the sidewalk difficult to navigate and hard to clear of snow, and particularly of ice. Tree issue has been reported to 311 in the past. City stuffed chat in the resulting gap, but dangerous walking Stu face remains an issue.
