- Sidewalk is sinking and cracked and is split from my driveway which I replaced. We are forced to drive up off the sidewalk to enter our new driveway that the sidewalk has split and cracked from and is 2 inches apart from in height. This case should not be closed. It’s worse and sidewalk needs to be REPLACED not tarred and not when our neighborhood is due “next.”
