- The impromptu dog park of leather district and Chinatown is super flooded and muddy - maybe it should be switched to wood shavings instead of grass or have better drainage added in? It would also be great if it could have fencing like the kids play area across the street? That would help dog parents feel better about all the dogs playing with the fast cars on surface road! Thank you!!!
