- Description
- A 311 call complain was made earlier last week about this vehicle blocking the end of driveway. The 311 dispatch said they would ticket it, however they did not. The vehicle is now back and parked over the curved curb— making it difficulty to enter and exit our private driveway. Massachusetts law states vehicles must be 5ft from driveway , away from the curved curb part of the sidewalk. | License Plate info: [5VPY70] Exact location: [Blocking driveway .. second time]

Case Noted | BTD has discontinued posting signs for driveways; there is currently no dimension in Traffic Rules & Regulations for distances away from the driveway. However, BTD is working on regulation that would prevent vehicles from parking 2 feet away from the driveway. Please contact BTD Enforcement if vehicles are physically blocking egress and access to and from the driveway. Thank you for contacting 311 and BTD.
