Resolved | I conducted a full initial sanitary inspection on Thursday, December 12th 2024- I noted customers walking in with pets / dogs during this time - I explained to the managers that they " Do have certain rights as a proprieter of the business" to ask anyone entering their establishment two questions pertaining to this matter #1) Is that a Service animal ? and #2) What service does this animal provide ? I explained that these are the only 2 " Legal questions they may ask.in accordance with the disabilities act - I advised them to place " "Service animals only" and " No pets allowed Inside the facility " signage on the glass entrance doo - r per order of the City of Boston Health Department. Follow up Inspection is scheduled for next week.
