- Why is the Black Lamb restaurant located at 571 Tremont St in the South End still allowed to have their outdoor dinning set up in front of their restaurant? Outdoor dinning season is long over. Their wrought iron outdoor dining setup is blocking the sidewalk. They need to dismantle their stupid shit.

We allow for the railings to remain in the Outdoor Dining offseason due to the damage that would be incurred on the city sidewalks if we asked the restaurant to remove the railings when the season ends and construct when the season begins.
