Description
An Airbnb host going by the name Johna Magno with "Short Term Rental Broker Company Luxury Livings" has 8 listings in the building at 212 Stuart Street. On the website Booking.com at least one of the units is specified as Unit 1301. I contacted a person at the Boston Inspectional Services at 617-635-1010 to find out if "License number: STR-182644" from the Booking.com listing is valid, and he confirmed that the number is not valid, and that Unit 1301 is not registered. It seems this person is in violation of the owner-occupied rule for short term rentals in Boston (and even more in Cambridge). Here is a list of all the Airbnb listings from Johna Magno in Boston (a few are not in 212 Stuart St) as well as the Booking.com listing for Unit 1301.
