- Are you calling from the problem meter: [No] What machine number is it: [284] What seems to be the problem with the meter: [Constituent is trying to pay meter until 6pm as it says is available on the meter. When he goes on the park boston app it won't let him add time past 4pm. He spent the hour of parking time trying to speak with us to figure out if he can park there or not. I tried on the app as well and having the same issue, only will let me add 5 minutes @ 3:55pm. Concerned he will get a ticket for not paying the meter but he physically can not pay it.]
