- Constituent states via Contact Form: Several window panes have been left on the sidewalk in between 33 and 35 East Concord Streets (at Father Gilday). These were not picked up with the trash on Tuesday morning (assuming they were considered construction debris.) I have checked with each unit owner of 35 and 37 Concord Street, and all claim them NOT to be their doing.
