- We just moved into 275 Parker Hill Ave, Boston #2 on September 1st for 1 year. The back stairs are not in compliance and present a safety hazard when used (some of the railings are ready to give out), there is mold on the back stairs as well, the apartment itself was not cleaned and the state of the bathrooms are disgusting—both have bugs coming out of the drain. The paint is chipped everywhere.
