What is the nature of the problem: [private residence  abandoned vehicle in driveway that has been taken over by rodents that is migrating onto other propertiesTrash outside of the property , front and back that has gradually gotten worse wants the city to check to see if there are any safety concerns inside to make sure it's habitable.
