- A sudden and disgusting increase in the number of rats. I live at 8 Manton Terrace — in the last 3 years we haven’t seen a single rat in our back yard. And suddenly this week we are seeing 10-20 rats per day!!! They are coming from Brainerd because all those houses are FILTHY and not taking care of their garbage and their lawns. Please please please can someone help with this? We are seeing rats everywhere and this is totally new as of this year!!
