- Electrical box is located in the locked basement, landlord takes over 24 hours to respond to calls about blown fuses, then lets himself in the unit as he sees fit without warning, lots of trash piled up everywhere, including an area that looks like a building made out of fencing without a roof, (looks like it's going to collapse any minute), a truck filled with trash that is actively driven around the city daily, rats coming and going out of the not-real-building made of fencing.
