- I am an owner at 178 Brighton Avenue. City-owned trash cans are needed. Can we have a city-owned trash can installed? The block I live on at 178 Brighton Avenue does not have a city-owned trash can. We’re on an extremely high trafficked area where dozens of restaurants are. We keep getting a ton of take-out trash dumped multiple times a week on our property because there is a no trash can nearby. The Custodian the building pays for cannot keep up. Please help.
