- What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states there about 3 cars outside that people have set up on the street as a car detailing service. They have pressure washers and generators, blasting music and having all the soapy water drain into the catchbasin. Says this is an everyday thing. From about 8/9am for hours they are out here.]
